Last week this happened on the east coast of Scotland- 5 year old children playing on the tracks.

Make sure you know where any children in your care are, and teach them about the dangers of the railway.

BTP East Scot @BTPEastScot
Yesterday afternoon two children, both five years old were found playing on the railway tracks in the #Addiewell area.

⚠️Trespassing on the railway is extremely dangerous and the consequences could be fatal.

👀 Do you know where your kids are playing this summer? https://t.co/kr8g9OZRck

😩 Shocking images of young people taking risks on level crossings between Horsham and Crawley in West Sussex.

The railway is not a playground. ⚠️ Always #CrossWithCare
